Bee Rock Outdoor Adventures in northeast Texas County, Missouri, offers fully guided, free-range trophy whitetail and Eastern wild turkey hunts on nearly 12,000 acres of intensively managed Ozark forest. With over 50 food plots, diverse cover, year-round water, and strategic stand placement, our veteran-run operation puts you where the big bucks and longbeards live.
We consistently rank among the top counties in the state for deer and turkey harvests, and our network of game cameras keeps you in the action before you ever climb a stand. With professional guides, prime habitat, and a high chance of tagging a buck or gobbler you’ve already seen on camera — this is hunting done right.
Plus, world-class trout fishing is just minutes away at Montauk State Park and the Current River. Whether you're chasing antlers, beards, or wild trout — Bee Rock is your launch point for an unforgettable outdoor experience.
Ian Willett is a retired U.S. Army Infantry First Sergeant with 20 years of service and a lifelong passion for the outdoors. After retirement, he traded in his uniform for boots on the ground in the Missouri Ozarks, where he now serves as the full-time Land Manager and Lead Guide at Bee Rock Outdoor Adventures.
Ian oversees nearly 12,000 acres of intensively managed private land, including more than 50 food plots, hundreds of stand locations, and year-round wildlife and habitat improvements. His approach blends conservation-focused land stewardship with real-world hunting experience, creating a low-pressure, high-success environment for both whitetail and turkey hunters.
With deep roots in discipline, leadership, and attention to detail, Ian brings military precision to wildlife management — and a welcoming, no-BS attitude to every hunter who walks through the lodge door. Whether he’s helping a client track their first gobbler or scouting post-season bucks on trail cams, Ian is committed to delivering honest, ethical, and unforgettable hunting experiences.
Outside of the woods, Ian has been married to his high school sweetheart for nearly 25 years, and together they’ve raised two adult children. Family, faith, and hard work remain at the heart of everything he does — both on and off the land.
